What we process, and why

• The data-provider application form: your name, company, email, phone, country, website and message. To assess your application and reply to you.
• Use of the site: the pages viewed, the searches made, the browser type, and the country and city Cloudflare reports. Your IP address is not stored; together with the browser details it is turned into a one-way digest that changes every day. For site statistics and the aggregate reports given to member companies.
• Member panel users: name, email and session data. To run and secure the account.
• When you contact a manufacturer (WhatsApp, email, phone) your message goes straight to that company; we only record that the link was clicked.

Legal grounds

Under KVKK Article 5(2): the establishment or performance of a contract (applications and panel accounts) and our legitimate interest (site security and statistics). Analytics cookies, and the transfer abroad they involve, rest on your explicit consent under Articles 5(1) and 9.

Who receives it

• Our hosting and infrastructure providers, Cloudflare among them, to run the site.
• Our email delivery service (Resend), for notifications and replies.
• Only if you accept cookies: Google Analytics and Yandex Metrica.
• Public authorities legally entitled to request it.

Some of these providers have servers outside Türkiye. See the Cookie Policy for details.

How long it is kept

For as long as the purpose requires and any period set by law, after which it is deleted, destroyed or anonymised.

Your rights

Under KVKK Article 11 you may ask us:

• whether your personal data is processed, and for information about it,
• the purpose of processing and whether it is used accordingly,
• which third parties in Türkiye or abroad it is transferred to,
• to correct it if incomplete or wrong, to delete or destroy it under Article 7, and to notify those third parties,
• to object to an outcome against you that results solely from automated analysis,
• for compensation if you suffer damage from unlawful processing.
